Hotham Snow Report 08-08-14

A little high cloud and a light north-westerly this morning.

Yesterday the snow turned pretty sticky as it went through the transition from dry to wet as the cloud came over and warmed things up. We have had a decent freeze overnight so the snow should now be more spring like and faster. The groomed and high traffic areas are likely to be the best, and will be firm first up and soften as the day warms.

A good day to test a new board I reckon. Happy Birthday Baxter.
