Hotham Snow Report, 15 August 2014

Sorry for the monotony, but it looks like there is just another perfect day on the way.

Clear sky, light wind and good quality snow.

Each day this week the temperature has gradually got a little warmer, so we are seeing more aspects move into a melt freeze cycle, but there is still chalky dry packed snow on most aspects.  Some north facing and low elevation slopes will be hard this morning but once they have seen a little sun will soften for some great spring like turns.

Slap on the screen and enjoy the sun while we have it.
