Hotham Snow Report 16-09-2014
September 16 2014We had a couple of mm of rain yesterday afternoon but that seems to have cleared out for now with just a few high clouds hanging around. The temp is a very mild 4 degrees and there is a warm northerly blowing.
We did not get a freeze overnight but it has set up a little so get out there early for the best turns on the groomers, and then take out a board or fat skis for soft spring snow turns this afternoon.
There seems to be a few more brown patches around the resort this morning but we are still in decent shape for the second last week of the season. Snake Gully, Imagine, Upper Brokhoff, Race Gully and The Canyon have all been groomed again, as has the Summit, Road Runner, Village Loop and Big D.
Looks like another beaut weekend forecast after a little more snow coming in the next couple of days, so make the most of the last of it.
Cheers Bill
